• Bilik Suluq – The Cube: A popular multi-purpose space used for meetings, study groups, and small college events. The Cube has become a landmark space within KK8 for collaborative activities.
• Bilik Mesyuarat (Meeting Rooms): Dedicated meeting rooms are available for college committees, student associations (PSMKH), and official college business.
• Fellow's Lounge (KKTAZ area): A comfortable lounge space for both academic and relaxation purposes.
• Reading Rooms: Quiet study areas within the college for residents to focus on academic work.

Dining & Retail

• Dewan Makan KK8: The main college dining hall serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents throughout the academic year.
• Zaujan Cafe: A café located near KK8, popular among students for its relaxed atmosphere and beverages.
• Convenience Store: An in-house convenience store (Convenient Store, 8th Residential College) provides daily essentials for residents within the college grounds.

Event Venues

• Dewan Seri Mutiara: The main event hall at KK8, used for college dinners, cultural performances, orientation programmes, and large-scale college events. Also known as Dewan Mutiara.
• Kinabalu Seni Kreatif: A dedicated space for creative arts and performances by KK8 residents.

KK8 residents have access to shared UM campus sports facilities, including:

Transportation

The Kinabalu College Bus Stop is located directly at KK8, providing convenient access to UM's internal campus bus network, connecting residents to faculties, libraries, and other colleges.
